
PFGBest Broker Funds Put On Hold
According to a report from Reuters. PFGBest has announced that its accounts have effectively been frozen as of Monday 9th July. This comes after a suicide attempt was apparantely made by the founder of PFGbest, Russell R. Wasendorf, Sr, which has subsequently triggered an investigation into potential “accounting irregulaties.”
Customers of the futures broker have been advised that they will only be able to liquidate positions until further notice is given. PFGBest have advised their clients that the National Futures Association (NFA) and other officials have now put their funds on hold.
The reuters report advised that PFGBest officials were not immediately available to comment.
